Terms of Service - Yoga With Pavan

By accessing our studio in Pasthal, Boisar or registering for classes, you agree to the following terms and guidelines.

1. Membership Fees

All yoga packages and gymnastics fees are non-refundable. Monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly packages must be utilized within their designated start and end dates.

2. Physical Fitness & Medical Issues

If you have back pain, spine compression, joint issues, pregnancy, or other medical diagnostic histories, you must declare it to Pavan before joining the batch. Consult your physician prior to joining any intense program.

3. Studio Decorum

Please maintain silence during meditation sessions. Footwear must be left outside the studio entrance. Clean mats are provided, but members are free to bring their own.

4. Intellectual Property, Image Copyright & Media Licensing

All authentic photographs, studio session images, certificates, awards, and visual media published on yogawithpavan.com are the exclusive intellectual property and copyright of Yoga With Pavan and Pavan Prajapati(© 2021–2026).

Non-Commercial Editorial Use: Images may be referenced for accredited journalistic, wellness education, or news reporting purposes with clear attribution and a live backlink to yogawithpavan.com.
Commercial & Promotional Restrictions: Any unauthorized duplication, commercial re-use, digital scraping, or AI training on our copyrighted studio photographs without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
